The first photo. I am eating “Ujikintoki,” a uniquely Japanese sweet. Coincidentally, it is wonderfully color-coordinated with the blouse I bought in India.
Ujikintoki is a Japanese shaved ice dessert, made with shaved ice on the bottom, drizzled with green tea (matcha) syrup, and topped with red bean paste (Azuki-an). I love the topping âshiratama dango (mochi)â.
